You will be fascinated by the tamed cascade, veritable symbol of the site. Two vast pools of heated (ca. 33°C - 34°C) mineral water will be appreciated by adults and children. You will give in to an aquatic journey accompanied by relaxing bubble beds and massage jets.

The bathing area consists of :

A mixed changing room and showers accesible to all guests and people with reduced mobility. An indoor pool of about 250m2 with the regeneration beach and the symbol of the site, "la Cascade". A nordic zone with three saunas, a relaxation room, a cold water pit and refreshing showers. An oriental zone with hot marble seats, a big hammam, two turcish baths and two massage rooms. A relaxation room. An exterior terasse, the Panoramic 360°.

At our Cafeteria "La Cascade", a range of hot and cold snacks, as well as proper meals and many refreshments are available.

Discover our various different massages and treatments. Some of the treatments are held at our asian and oriental areas.

Relaxation room

In the relaxation room with luminotherapy near the bathing area you will find calm and tranquility.

Saunas

For your well-being, you dispose of three different saunas. A nudist sauna and two finnish saunas varying in temperature (from 70°C to 100°C).

Panoramic 360°

Almost like an outdoor tanning bed. You will find this calm and relaxing place on the rooftop of the "Bains de la Gruyère". Enjoy the 360° degree view of the magnificent surrounding in Charmey.

Cold water pit

Cold water bath for the courageous guests, Right after the sauna cold water immersion raises thresholds of pain tolerance, reduces muscle spasm and can influence the frequency of respiratory infection.

Indoor pool

A magic place with high quality infrastructure for your well-being. Jacuzzis, bubble beds, massage jets, enjoy an uncomparable aquatic trip.

Pyramids

A place for the whole family, but especially the youngest ones (at least 4 years of age) will love playing in this shallow pool with plenty fun water games.

Outdoor pool

Equipped with bubble beds, massage jets and jacuzzis, the outdoor pool offers you various ways to relax yourself whil admiring the astonishing view of the surrounding prealpes of Charmey.
